Orders and Returns Policy
1. Orders
1.1. Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this email and notify us immediately if there are any errors. Approval of the proof is 100% your responsibility, once approved we are not liabale for any incorrect information or decoration.
1.2. Payment:
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards.
1.3. Shipping:
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delivery to 1 point within Australia is included in the price.
1.4. Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been approved, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
2. Returns
2.1. Eligibility:
You may return undecorated items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
2.2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation (if applicable).
2.3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
2.4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2.5. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable, unless faulty or incorrect.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
3.1. Inspection:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
