At Submarine Pens, we offer a wide range of high-quality metal pens that can be customised to suit your needs. Our collection includes sleek corporate styles, elegant finishes like gold, silver, black, rose gold, gunmetal, and bronze, as well as options ranging from classic designs to more vibrant, eye-catching pieces.


2. Can I personalise the pens with my business logo or a name?


Yes! We offer customisation options that allow you to brand your pens with your business logo or personalise them with an individual’s name. These customisations are perfect for corporate gifts, special events, or personal use.

 

3. What is the minimum order quantity for custom pens?

 

For our standard branded metal pens, the minimum order quantity is 100 units. For custom-made orders, we require a minimum of 500 units. This ensures that we can maintain the highest quality standards for your customised pens.


4. How long does it take to receive my order?


The turnaround time for your order depends on the level of customisation and the quantity ordered. Generally, you can expect a standard order to be completed and shipped within 2 weeks after finalising the design. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and provide an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed. Custom made pen orders take 4- 6 weeks.


5. What are your packaging options?


We offer a variety of beautiful packaging options to enhance the gifting experience. From luxurious boxes to elegant pouches, our packaging is designed to complement the high quality of our pens and create an unforgettable unboxing experience.


6. Can I see a sample of the pen before placing a large order?


Absolutely! We understand the importance of seeing and feeling the quality of our pens before committing to a large order. Please contact our team to discuss sample options, and we’ll be happy to arrange that for you.


7. What is your return policy?


Since our pens are often customised to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns on personalised items unless there is a defect or error on our part. For non-customised items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return of the goods is at the buyers expense, Please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns.


8. Do you offer international shipping?


All pricing includes delivery to 1 point within Australia. We can ship anywhere in the world for you – please contact us for assistance in organising this.


9. How do I care for my Submarine Pen?

 

To ensure your Submarine Pen stays in top condition, we recommend storing it in its case when not in use, keeping it away from extreme temperatures, and occasionally wiping it with a soft cloth to maintain its shine. If your pen uses refillable ink cartridges, be sure to use high-quality refills compatible with your pen model.
